Q. 在海外如果我要更改我的机票应该怎么做?
A. 请联系当地的旅行社或者航空公司的办公室。

Q. 我什么时候能拿到我的机票?
A. 一般来讲,当你付清了你的机票费用后您就能取票,或者您也可以选择用您的电子邮箱来接收您的电子客票。请在定票时告知您的定票顾问您将采取的取票方式,在您取票的时候请带上您的有效证件和定票发票。

Q. 我能通过电子邮件,传真或者邮寄方式收取我的机票吗?
A. 是的,您可以通过电子邮箱或者通过传真收取您的电子客票。我们也可以收取少额的费用帮您把您的机票邮寄给您。但是,我们不保证邮局递送至错误的地址和邮寄的安全性。

Q. 我能在出发当天定票吗?
A. 可以,但要视乎不同的航空公司的具体条件而定。

Q. 如果我要出国旅行的话,我的护照需要有多久的有效期?
A. 您的护照至少需要6个月的有效期,有的国家甚至要超过六个月。请和您的旅游顾问确认。

A. 如果您不肯定的话,请向您的旅行顾问询问有关票的规则、期限和条件。 不同的航空公司、机票和目的地均有不同的规则。 请注意:有些票不退款,并且不允许变动。

Q. 如果我是学生,我可以请求额外行李么?
A. 我们可以帮您向航空公司申请。 然而,我们不能保证您一定可以获得额外行李额,虽然有些航空公司允许学生有30公斤的行李,但最终还是受启运日期的飞行装货调配而定。


机票/旅行团预订

Q. Can I book the international airfare on this website?
A. This website only provide international airfare fare search and request only. Booking request is subject to availability and will take 2-5 working days to be processed and return to you. We always advise our customers to book through phone or visiting one of our office.

Q. Do I need to pay deposit for international airfare booking?
A. Yes, we collect a minimum of AUD110 per person for international flights reservations. Deposit is nonrefundable, but transferable to other products (except phone cards) within 3 months from the receipt issue date.

Q. Can I transfer my deposit to my friends?
A. No. However, you can transfer your deposit to your family members with the same surname and your receipt is required during deposit transfer booking.

Q. Can I just give a temporary name for booking and change to my full name later on?
A. No. You need to provide the consultants with your full name as in the passport during reservation. Name change will incur fees.

Q. Do you charge any fees for changing dates of my flight bookings?
A. Yes. There will be a fee from AUD50 - 150 per passenger for amendment fee depending on the airlines plus fare differences if there are any.

Q. What other information do I need to inform the consultant during booking?
A. Besides your passport full name. We need your contact numbers such as mobile phone numbers or home phone numbers or work numbers and email if possible. We will also need your passport details such as Passport numbers, Nationality, Date of Birth, Expiry date on the passport to be submitted to the airlines for immigration purposes prior collecting your ticket. You will have to advise the consultants your frequent flyer numbers and meal request during booking or payment if you have any.

Q. What if I need to cancel all my trip?
A. Please bring back your paper ticket or electronic ticket to your travel consultant, so she or he can help you to lodge a refund to the airlines. An itinerary print out is unacceptable for refund. Please note that a refund takes approximately 3 weeks to 4 months depending on the airlines workload.

Q. Are they any cancellation fees for lodging refund?
A. Yes, Airlines cancellation and our admin fees apply for every refund. Some tickets are non-refundable, always check with your consultant if the ticket is refundable if you are not sure.

Q. What form of payment can I make to Extragreen?
A. You can make payment by cash, direct deposit or internet transfer, cheque (both bank and personal) and credit cards. Surcharge applies for credit card payment. 2 percent for Visa and Mastercard, 3.5 percent for Diners and American Express.

Q. When do I need to pay for the ticket balance?
A. The consultant will advise you when the last day of balance payment during booking. Last day of balance payment is depending on the airlines fare rules and deadline set up by the airlines.
